CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-HRH3 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC550) (CAT#: VS13-YC550)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-HRH3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat HRH3. HRH3 is a histamine receptor linked to neurotransmitter release and calcium current regulation, contributing notably to the cardiovascular system and smooth muscle function through its GPCR family role. The anti-HRH3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- The H3 subclass of histamine receptors could mediate the histamine signals in CNS and peripheral nervous system. Signals through the inhibition of adenylate cyclase and displays high constitutive activity (spontaneous activity in the absence of agonist). Agonist stimulation of isoform 3 neither modified adenylate cyclase activity nor induced intracellular calcium mobilization.
