Rabbit Anti-HSF1 (pS326) Recombinant Antibody (clone R77-7H-8)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated HSF1. The target of this antibody is phospho-HSF1 (Ser326). The clone R77-7H-8 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, FC analysis at a dilution of 1/50, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of HSF1 (pSer326) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 82 kDa.
