This is a groundbreaking, vaccine-induced human monoclonal antibody that provides universal protection against Influenza A and B viruses. Unlike traditional antibodies that target the highly variable Hemagglutinin, it targets the conserved Neuraminidase (NA) active site. It utilizes a convergent VH1-69 germline-encoded "DR" motif to mimic sialic acid binding, enabling broad-spectrum inhibition.
