Mouse Anti-IFRD1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1131)

This product is an anti-IFRD1 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting IFRD1. IFRD1 (PC4) is a co-transcriptional regulator involved in neurogenesis and muscle regeneration. It modulates the activity of various transcription factors like MyoD. IFRD1 signaling is also a modifier of lung disease in cystic fibrosis, where it regulates the inflammatory response and the production of reactive oxygen species in neutrophils. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC36 and VS-0326-YC37, directed against IFRD1 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
