Mouse Anti-IL31RA Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-J0131-YC-F(E))

This is a recombinant antibody Fab fragment specific for human IL31RA (Interleukin-31 receptor subunit alpha), derived from mouse. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. This antibody suppresses the IL-31-induced IL-6 production in the DU145 cell line in a concentration-dependent manner and thus demonstrates that the antibody has a neutralizing activity against the human IL-31 signaling.
