CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KRT18 Polyclonal Antibody (VS13-YC634) (CAT#: VS13-YC634)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KRT18 Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat KRT18. KRT18 encodes keratin 18, forming intermediate filaments with keratin 8 in epithelium, affecting structural integrity. Mutations relate to cryptogenic cirrhosis, exhibiting two transcript variants for the same protein. The anti-KRT18 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1 μg per 1x 10⁶ cells).
