Recombinant Anti-LCN2 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CB54YJ var.)

The anti-LCN2 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human LCN2. LCN2, a lipocalin family protein, plays a role in nutrient transport and innate immunity. The antibody has a novel LCN2-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble LCN2 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
