Human Anti-LSR Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC136), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC136)
The product is a human anti-LSR antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human LSR and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations that promote hexamer formation. These mutations facilitate optimal C1q binding, thereby boosting the antibody's CDC efficacy.
