Rat Anti-MAPRE3 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1139)

This product is an anti-MAPRE3 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human and murine MAPRE3. MAPRE3 (also known as EB3) is a +TIP protein primarily expressed in the central nervous system and muscle tissues. Like EB2, it tracks the plus ends of microtubules to regulate their dynamics, but it features a specialized C-terminal domain that recruits specific binding partners like p140Cap. MAPRE3 signaling is a master regulator of synaptic plasticity and dendritic spine maturation. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC1070 and VS-0326-YC1071, directed against MAPRE3 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
