Rat Anti-MeCP2 Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W37)

This recombinant antibody, clone 0725W37, targets full-length rat MeCP2 protein. It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western Blot (WB). MeCP2 is a crucial nuclear protein that binds specifically to methylated DNA and represses transcription, playing an essential role in mammalian development. Mutations in MECP2 cause Rett syndrome, making this antibody invaluable for neurological research.
