CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-MITF Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC729)

The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-MITF Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat MITF. MITF encodes a bHLH-Zip transcription factor regulating melanocyte development, linked to auditory and pigmentary syndromes due to heterozygous mutations like Waardenburg syndrome. The anti-MITF antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
