Rabbit Anti-MYB (pS11) Recombinant Antibody (clone R11-7D-7) (CAT#: VS3-WK2052)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated MYB. The target of this antibody is phospho-MYB (Ser11). The clone R11-7D-7 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/50, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of MYB (pSer11) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 72-80 kDa.
