Mouse Anti-NAMPT Recombinant Antibody (NA458)

The anti-NAMPT recombinant antibody (NA458) reacts with human, monkey, mouse, rat and rabbit NAMPT. NAMPT is the rate-limiting enzyme in the NAD+ salvage pathway, converting nicotinamide to NMN. It exists as an intracellular enzyme (iNAMPT) and an extracellular cytokine (eNAMPT/Visfatin). NAMPT signaling is critical for mitochondrial function and DNA repair; its overexpression in cancer supports high metabolic flux and fuels SIRT1 activity. The anti-NAMPT antibody (NA458) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
