The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-NANOG Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse NANOG. NANOG encodes a homeobox transcription factor vital for embryonic stem cell function, influencing occlusion factors in pluripotency, with noted spliced variants producing isoforms. The anti-NANOG antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
