This product is a mouse agonistic antibody targeting the NCR1 (Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 1), which is predicted to act upstream of or within defense response to virus and detection of virus. The antibody recognizes and binds to human NCR1. It has been determined using Western Blot, Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Agonistic assays, Mass Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Flow cytometry and Immunohistochemistry is 1 µg/mL, 0.25 µg/106 cells and 5-25 µg/mL.
