IHC image of ZG-0482U diluted at 1:71.67 and staining in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with ZG-0482U at 1:23, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).

Optimized For Western Blot
This rabbit anti-NDRG1 antibody (clone 4C8) worked very well in our Western Blot assays. We followed the recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:5000 and achieved strong signal detection for human NDRG1. The antibody specificity is high, and we saw no non-specific binding in our cell lysate samples.
Accurate Immunofluorescence Detection
We used this product for Immunofluorescence staining at a dilution of 1:100. It accurately detected the NDRG1 protein, which is important for our research on stress-responsive proteins and cell growth. The recombinant nature of the antibody ensures consistency across our different experiments involving human and mouse samples.
