Mouse Anti-NEDD9 Recombinant Antibody (NE667)

The anti-NEDD9 recombinant antibody (NE667) reacts with human and rat NEDD9. NEDD9 (HEF1) is a scaffold protein in the integrin signaling pathway. It localizes to focal adhesions and interacts with FAK and Src. NEDD9 signaling is a major driver of the "mesenchymal" mode of cell migration and invasion. Its overexpression is strongly associated with melanoma metastasis and the progression of lung and breast cancers. The anti-NEDD9 antibody (NE667) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
