Rabbit Anti-NKX3-1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-9L5)

This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding to NKX3-1 (NK3 homeobox 1), which acts as a tumor suppressor controlling prostate carcinogenesis. NKX3-1 plays an important role in normal prostate development, regulating proliferation of glandular epithelium and in the formation of ducts in prostate. This antibody specifically reacts with human NKX3-1. It has been detected by Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. The recommended dilutions of Western blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin is 1/500-1/1000 and 1/50-1/100, respectively.
