The Rabbit Anti-NLRP3 Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat NLRP3. NLRP3 encodes a pyrin-like protein part of the NALP3 inflammasome, involved in innate immunity and inflammatory responses. Mutations relate to conditions like FCAS and MWS, with splicing variants diversifying its function. The anti-NLRP3 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
