Recombinant Anti-NOTUM Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (SC2.D2.2 var.)

The anti-NOTUM eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human NOTUM. NOTUM is a Wnt antagonist functioning as a carboxyl oxoesterase. The antibody has a novel NOTUM-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble NOTUM from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
