The Rabbit Anti-ORAI1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human ORAI1. ORAI1 encodes a calcium channel subunit activated upon calcium store depletion, with mutations causing immune dysfunction linked to calcium entry defects. The anti-ORAI1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000).
