Rabbit Anti-PBRM1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-4L8)

It is a recombinant rabbit antibody that recognizes PBRM1 (Polybromo 1), which acts as a negative regulator of cell proliferation. PBRM1 involves in transcriptional activation and repression of select genes by chromatin remodeling. The antibody specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat PBRM1. This antibody has been used in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
