The Rabbit Anti-PCK1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human PCK1. PCK1 encodes a gluconeogenesis enzyme catalyzing phosphoenolpyruvate and oxaloacetate formation, regulated by various factors, with defects causing specific enzyme deficiency. The anti-PCK1 antibody can be used for Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/200), Western blot (1/500).
