Mouse Anti-PDCD4 Recombinant Antibody (PD718)

The anti-PDCD4 recombinant antibody (PD718) reacts with human PDCD4. PDCD4 is a tumor suppressor that inhibits translation by binding to the initiation factor eIF4A. It prevents the helicase activity required for ribosome scanning. PDCD4 signaling is a negative regulator of the mTOR pathway; its expression is often lost in invasive cancers due to its degradation being triggered by S6K1. The anti-PDCD4 antibody (PD718) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
