The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PDE4B Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse PDE4B. PDE4B encodes a cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase impacting cellular signaling, linked to psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia, showing spliced transcript variants. The anti-PDE4B antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
