Recombinant Anti-PDGFB Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC249)

The anti-PDGFB eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human PDGFB. PDGFB is a growth factor involved in cellular developmental processes and linked to certain tumors. The antibody has a novel PDGFB-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble PDGFB from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
