Mouse Anti-PELP1 Recombinant Antibody (PE803)

The anti-PELP1 recombinant antibody (PE803) reacts with human PELP1. PELP1 is a multi-domain scaffold protein that acts as a coregulator for various nuclear receptors, most notably the Estrogen Receptor (ER). It facilitates "extra-nuclear" ER signaling by linking the receptor to the Src and PI3K pathways. PELP1 signaling is frequently overexpressed in breast and gynecological cancers, where it drives hormonal therapy resistance, cell proliferation, and metastatic progression. The anti-PELP1 antibody (PE803) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
