CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PFKFB3 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC896) (CAT#: VS13-YC896)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PFKFB3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat PFKFB3. PFKFB3 encodes a bifunctional protein involved in fructose-2, 6-bisphosphate metabolism, regulating glycolysis, cell cycle progression, and survival in tumor cells. It functions as a cyclin-dependent kinase 1 regulator, with splice variants yielding different isoforms. The anti-PFKFB3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
