Clean Western Blot
We used clone JF0549 for Western blotting to detect the progesterone receptor. The rabbit monoclonal antibody provided a very clean signal with high specificity for the human protein. The affinity purification ensures that we get reliable results every time we run the assay.
Excellent For IHC
This antibody worked exceptionally well in our immunohistochemistry experiments on human tissue. It specifically bound to the progesterone receptor, allowing for clear visualization of receptor status. The liquid formulation with BSA and glycerol is convenient and maintains antibody stability well.
