Rabbit Anti-PKN2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-5K8) (CAT#: VS3-XY3467)
The antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody against human PKN2 (Protein kinase N2), which plays a role in the regulation of cell cycle progression, actin cytoskeleton assembly and cell migration. The antibody also has cross-reactivity against mouse and rat PKN2. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence.

Phosphorylates CTTN in hyaluronan-induced astrocytes and hence decreases CTTN ability to associate with filamentous actin.
