Recombinant Anti-PLAU Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC262)

The anti-PLAU eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human PLAU. PLAU is a protease involved in extracellular matrix degradation and cell migration. The antibody has a novel PLAU-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble PLAU from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
