This anti-Oct-2 antibody detected positive in western blot analysis of 44106 in rat brain lysates. The recombinant monoclonal antibody has been developed to target human and rat POU2F2. The R07-8H6 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000).
