Rabbit Anti-PPP2CA (pY307) Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-9C6)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PPP2CA. The target of this antibody is phospho-PPP2CA (Tyr307). The clone R07-9C6 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of PPP2CA (pTyr307) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 36 kDa.
