The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PRKAB1 Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat PRKAB1. PRKAB1 encodes an AMPK regulatory subunit, responding to cell metabolic stresses by modifying enzyme activities, affecting de novo lipid synthesis. The anti-PRKAB1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
