Specific Neuronal Marker
Clone H280 is a great marker for peripherin in the peripheral nervous system. We used this mouse Fab fragment in immunofluorescence, and it specifically stained neurons in our mouse tissue samples. The specificity is excellent, clearly distinguishing peripherin from other intermediate filament proteins.
Useful Fab Fragment
The Fab fragment format of this antibody was very useful for our specific ELISA applications. It bound well to mouse PRPH and showed high purity (>95%) on HPLC analysis. It has become a standard reagent in our lab for studying cytoskeletal proteins in diabetes models.
