Clone R08-8H3 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that exhibits specific binding to human PSMA4. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. It is advised to dilute the sample for improved detectability by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The PSMA4 antibody is guaranteed for western blot analysis of PSMA4 in K562, C6, 3T3, Hela lysates.
