Rabbit Anti-PTPN1 (pS352) Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-1F2)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PTPN1. The target of this antibody is phospho-PTPN1 (Ser352). The clone R04-1F2 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of PTPN1 (pSer352) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 50 kDa.
