Leveraging our deep learning platform, this anti-Ran mAb is crafted for high-affinity recognition of the Ran GTPase in multiple species. Ran is a small GTPase that creates the essential Ran-GTP/GDP gradient between the nucleus and cytosol. This gradient drives the directional transport of proteins and RNAs through the nuclear pore complex and regulates spindle assembly during mitosis.
