Clone R01-7J8 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that exhibits specific detecting to human RAN. The RAN protein has a calculated weight of 24 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, monkey.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R01-7J8 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:20).
