Strong Western Blot Signal
We used this rabbit monoclonal antibody to detect RAPGEF3 in human cell lysates. The Western Blot results were fantastic, with a very strong and specific signal at the correct molecular weight. It also worked well in Immunoprecipitation, helping us study downstream signaling partners effectively.
Clear IF Staining
Our lab utilized this antibody for Immunofluorescence microscopy. The staining pattern was consistent with the expected localization of Epac1. The clone JM63-29 seems very specific, and we did not see any cross-reactivity issues. It is a solid choice for analyzing cAMP signaling pathways.
