Mouse Anti-RGS18 Recombinant Antibody (RG1001)

The anti-RGS18 recombinant antibody (RG1001) reacts with human RGS18. RGS18 is a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) that specifically inhibits Gq and Gi signaling. It is highly expressed in megakaryocytes and platelets. RGS18 signaling acts as a "brake" on platelet activation by promoting the hydrolysis of GTP on G-alpha subunits, thereby regulating the threshold for thrombus formation. The anti-RGS18 antibody (RG1001) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
