Mouse Anti-ROS1 Recombinant Antibody (RO243)

The anti-ROS1 recombinant antibody (RO243) reacts with human, mouse and rat ROS1. ROS1 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that coordinates cell growth and differentiation. Chromosomal rearrangements resulting in ROS1 fusions (e.g., CD74-ROS1) lead to constitutive kinase activation, driving oncogenesis in non-small cell lung cancer by stimulating the MAPK/ERK and PI3K pathways. The anti-ROS1 antibody (RO243) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
