Recombinant Humanized Anti-RSV Antibody Fab Fragment (HuRSV19) (CAT#: FAMAB-0114-CN-F(E))
This is a humanized antibody by transferring the complementarity determining regions from a murine monoclonal antibody that neutralizes infection by RSV to a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody. The reshaped antibody lost affinity for RAV, but an additional alteration to one of the framework regoins restored binding affinity and specificity.
