Robust Inhibition Of Viral Binding
We are currently investigating the complex interactions between Hepatitis C virus glycoproteins and various cell surface receptors. This antibody was successful in inhibiting the binding of the virus to the SR-B1 receptor in our in vitro models. The inhibitory capacity was consistent and reproducible, validating its utility for our viral entry research projects.
Precise Detection Of SCARB1
For our Flow Cytometry panels, we needed a highly specific reagent to label the Scavenger Receptor Class B Member 1. This recombinant antibody provided clear and distinct populations, confirming the expression levels of SCARB1 on our target cells. The purity and quality of the reagent significantly improved the reproducibility and confidence of our flow cytometry data.

We used the Human Anti-SCARB1 Antibody in FC to analyze SCARB1 expression in hepatocytes and macrophages.
