Studying Nuclear Oncogenes
The Anti-SET Antibody has been instrumental in our research regarding the SET nuclear proto-oncogene. We used it for nuclear fractionation studies, and it provided a very clean signal in the nuclear fraction with minimal cytoplasmic background. This confirms its specificity for the nuclear-localized SET protein. The antibody concentration was sufficient for many blots, making it a cost-effective choice for our ongoing screening projects.
Reliable SET Detection
We have tested several antibodies for SET protein detection, and this one from Creative Biolabs has shown the best performance-to-cost ratio. It works well in both Western Blotting and immunocytochemistry, allowing us to correlate protein levels with subcellular localization.
