Rabbit Anti-SKP2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-6V3) (CAT#: VS3-XY3507)
The rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes SKP2 (S-phase kinase associated protein 2), which promotes ubiquitination and destruction of CDH1 in a CK1-dependent manner. It specifically reacts with human PMEL. The antibody specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat SKP2. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
