Human Anti-SLC1A5 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC150), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC150)
The product is a human anti-SLC1A5 antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets both human and cynomolgus SLC1A5 and includes mutations that enhance hexamerization. These hexamerization-enhancing mutations promote optimal C1q binding, thereby boosting CDC activity.
