The anti-SLC34A2 pH-dependent antibody (VS-0825-YC310) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human SLC34A2. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to SLC34A2. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of SLC34A2 on cells and tissues. Human SLC34A2 (Solute Carrier Family 34 Member 2) is a sodium-dependent phosphate transporter that is involved in phosphate homeostasis. Its expression is dysregulated in certain diseases, and it is overexpressed in some cancers.
