Mouse Anti-SLC40A1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0624-FY65) (CAT#: VS-0624-FY65)
This is a mouse monoclonal antibody that was developed to bind to the monkey homologue of Fpn. The clone 11F9 binds to HsFpn with nanomolar affinity and inhibits ion transport. The antibody inhibits TsFpn activity, and it also inhibits Co²⁺ and Fe²⁺ transport by HsFpn. The clone 45D8 exhibits a binding affinity that does not adhere to a linear epitope. Its application extends to both IF and FC assays.
