Mouse Anti-SMARCA2 Recombinant Antibody (SM503)

The anti-SMARCA2 recombinant antibody (SM503) reacts with human SMARCA2. SMARCA2 (BRM) is an ATPase subunit of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex. It utilizes ATP to slide or eject nucleosomes, making DNA accessible. In cancers where the paralog SMARCA4 (BRG1) is lost, SMARCA2 becomes an essential "vulnerability" and a target for therapeutic inhibition. The anti-SMARCA2 antibody (SM503) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
